It's Popcorn Time!

In addition, you may begin now with online ordering at Trails End (https://www.trails-end.com/).  Please go online and register at Trails-end.com. The cost of scouting is going up like everything else. This is an excellent way to raise money for expenses. Without your participation in our fundraising efforts we cannot achieve our fundraising goals. So please register and get involved!  Thank you, Mr. Garvin

Council Camping Event on October 1st - Response Needed by Aug 5th !!!
From Mr. Garvin - We have been selected to take part in a unique opportunity to enhance scouting within our council.
Our council is putting on an event at Pine Hill Scout camp on Saturday October 1st.
It will be similar to The Klondike Derby in that stations will be set up (run by troops) around the camp.
Boys in grades 5-8 will be invited to come on Saturday 11-4:00pm to see what scouting is all about while attempting some scout skills.
We will be able to camp for free. We will cook as a troop with the adults doing the cooking for breakfast and dinner while having sandwiches for lunch.
The event is scheduled for 11-4:00 on Saturday so scouts that volunteer for this campout can sleep in and after 4:00pm the time is yours.
I will do my best to get us a lean-too site so there will be no setting up tents either.
This could be a really fun weekend. I know that we are camping two weeks before this event and two weeks after… that’s a lot of camping. However this one will be very easy.
I need at LEAST two scouts to run the station. We would also like to have a couple scouts to guide the young boys through camp to all the stations.
We already have two adults so we just need a couple scouts to volunteer.
WE MUST LET THEM KNOW IF WE ARE PARTICIPATING BY THIS FRIDAY. So please let me know if you can join us ASAP.
